Nero in Marburg

Always happy!

Great food, but unfortunately currently closed.

Good quality of the food, but all the goat cheese on the food destroys the overall taste. We have ordered 2 times from Nero: 1st order: "Pasta - Pumpkin" and "Pasta - Salmon": In the “pasta salmon” the goat cheese was very low, which was good, but the “pasta pumpkin” contained twice the amount, which made the food inedible. With the 2nd order (we wanted to give Nero another chance) we ordered two "Pasta-Salmon". Unfortunately, neither of them tasted the tender salmon anymore, just goat cheese again. There will be no new orders, because the food served is too expensive.

The food was delicious, but the wrong dishes were delivered and a friendly hint was given by the chef in a very unprofessional and unfriendly manner. Will not order again.

Good vibe and nice coffee but the food is not that great

Latte and non-alcoholic Lillet Wildberry were delicious, no single per table for the health department but a continuous list on the counter ...

Very long wait, the coffee was already cold by the time the last part of breakfast was on the table. The staff even said they can't help it if the coffee is cold, the only bright spot, I got a warm, not hot coffee. Sorry if the boss doesn't hire or order enough staff.

The food itself is good, but overpriced. I have eaten much better pizzas in larger portions for ~ 5 € cheaper. The same applies to the drinks. Otherwise, the location and service are nice.

Super friendly service, nice place to eat in a lovely neighborhood and with a good size terrace and comfortable sitting. The food came quickly and everything was quite tasty. Would advice the vegetable pizza - enough for a big stomach ;)

The worst in Marburg. The inefficient waiters, long waiting for the entrees and when ordering a pizza I find a hair. I ask for another one and find another hair. That had never happened to me in my life. I would not repeat or recommend going there. Long waiting time for poor table service and comfortable nothing good. I do not recommend it

The food came fast, but I wait 30min to pay...there were only three tables of guests. I was a bit disappointed.

Food was very tasty, or always is. Always order the chicken salad and always find it awesome.

Koch likes to throw a plate after the service staff (doesn't work at all). The food is very good, the service staff is nice. Prices are a bit too expensive.

Very friendly staff. No unnecessary waiting times as often criticized. Food very good and very reasonably priced. All in all .. gladly again!

Nice place. Both indoors and outdoors in good weather. However, all too often too few operators, which has a long wait result. That's annoying a lot and that's why we've already left prematurely. Shame!

Food and drinks are very good but a reason not to go back is the enormous volume and my wife and I had to push the table back and forth to get up because there is no room at all. Too crowded. Price is a bit higher which is completely justified in the quality of the food and drinks.

A Marburg classic, if you ask me! The freshly made pasta dishes are delicious; wine selection fits nicely the available dishes. Though not located close to the historical city center, it is definitely worthwhile to cross Marburg Südviertel and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere at Nero. Especially in summers sitting outside with a strawberry prosecco or a glass of Pinot Grigio makes you simply feel good 🙂

Homemade pasta, with creative sauces! A nice selection of wines! The later the evening the more exuberant the atmosphere at the bar in the restaurant, which did not detract from the visit to the restaurant.

Nice cozy atmosphere and good pastas. The choice is rather small but the dishes are good

Good food, friendly staff.

The food is amazing and the staff is very friendly. They prepare fresh pasta when you order it and their homemade buffalo mozzarella is out of this world good.
